This Dutch mash-up provides human readable information about schools, found based on ZIP-codes in the Netherlands.

The data-source is CFI, which publishes all kinds of educational data for the Ministry of Education in the Netherlands.

This mash-up takes school-info from that database and then:
creates a unique URL for each school that's both human and machine readable.
can return info in JSON format by adding ?format=json at the end of the URL
adds contact info as a vCard microformat
